Where can I find your products?
Except for our own webshop and concept store located in Gothenburg, we have selected retailers around the world, mainly in Europe.
We have a map (link) where we show where our retailers are located. Our goal is to keep the map updated. But we truly recommend you check for yourself to make sure our collection is still current.
The item is out of stock, when will you receive a refill?
In order not to miss when we receive a restock of a sold-out product, we always recommend that you write your email address on the function called "product reminder", the function is visible when a product is sold out.
Then you will automatically receive an email when it is back in stock.
How do I contact you?
Our head office and Showroom are located at Vasagatan 5A in Gothenburg.
What countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, and Austria.
Is there a shipping cost?
For orders within Sweden, free shipping applies to purchases over 500 SEK. Otherwise, the cost is 69 SEK.
Abroad, the shipping cost is 200-300 SEK, which is visible at checkout when you have choose the delivery country.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time within Sweden is normally 3 working days. Abroad, the delivery time is around 7 working days.
What are the shipping options?
At checkout, you can choose what DHL delivery point suits you the best.
What payment solutions can I choose from?
Via Klarna Global, we offer payment with the following methods: Bankcard, direct payment, invoice, and partial payment. We offer different payment methods depending on what country you order from. You can read more about it here.
The invoice is activated in Klarna but I have not received my order yet?
Your package is probably sent and on its way. Wait a few days and if you don't receive a package or notification from DHL, contact email@example.com.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
What is the return policy?
You are always entitled to return your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. For the return to be accepted, the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact.
For returns from abroad, you will have to arrange and pay for the return yourself.
The item was broken when I received it, what to do?
Send an email as soon as you discover this to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach your order number and describe what happened. We also need to see pictures of the damage.
I have made a return, but nothing happened?
If it has been longer than 2 weeks since you sent the package, please email email@example.com and we will help you. If not, please wait a few more days and you will soon see that the order is canceled in Klarna or that you have received a refund.
B2B - RETAILERS
I want to become a retailer, how do I apply?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your business, link to the website, and social media. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where can I find images for my website and social media?
We have an image bank with product images and environmental images. You can use these to your website and social media, tag us on Instagram @tellmemore_interiors when you use our images in social media.
I forgot my login details, what to do?
Contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
