These terms and conditions apply to orders and the purchases you make through Tell Me More’s Webshop on www.tellmemore.se. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions entirety before submitting an order. There are separate terms for the business to business shop.
To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission.
A binding purchase agreement is entered as soon as an order confirmation has been sent from Tell Me More to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Tell Me More will notify you of this by e-mail. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order.
The prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR) or Norwegian kroner (NOK) and the prices constitute the total price (including VAT), however they do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. The shipping cost is 69 SEK and free of charge when you purchase over 500 SEK, within Sweden. The shipping cost for deliveries outside Sweden is shown at the check out page and vary between 200 and 300 SEK.
In cooperation with Klarna we offer payment by credit or debit cards, Klarna Invoice or direct payment. Click here to read more about Klarna Checkout and the different payment methods. (In Swedish). Klarna Checkout is only available for orders placed within Sweden.
In cooperation with DIBS we offer payment by Visa or Mastercard.
Delivery within Sweden is normally within 3 days by DHL. Packages under a weight of 20 kg and a length under 150 cm are delivered to the nearest Service Point. Packages over a weight of 20 kg or with a length over 150 cm is delivered home to you during day time. Please note that the delivery will be to the door/gate during week days. DHL will contact you to schedule the distribution and delivery takes place within a two-hour period. Do not collect damaged packages without notifying the damage directly to the delivery point or the driver. If a delivered package is not collected, Tell Me More reserve the right to cancel the order and charge a fee of 350 SEK to cover the cost of the shipping and processing.
Delivery outside Sweden is normally within one week by DHL and the package will be delivered to nearest parcel point. If the package is too big or heavy for DHL parcel point the package will be delivered home to you during day time. Please note that the delivery will be to the door/gate during week days. DHL will contact you to schedule the distribution and delivery takes place within a two-hour period. If a delivered package is not collected, Tell Me More reserve the right to cancel the order and charge a fee of 500 SEK to cover the cost of the shipping and processing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are always entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days from the time of delivery. For the return to be accepted, the returned item(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact.
To return an item please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Complete the return form below and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you want to return.
- Pack the item(s) that you want to return carefully and in original condition. Make sure that all tags are still attached.
- Place the return shipping label on the parcel and leave it at the same pick up point as you got it from. If you got a home delivery or if you miss a return shipping label, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
If you want to exchange an item, please return it as above and place a new order in the webshop.
Please note that the financial responsibility for the return items is yours until it reaches us. Tell Me More will repay the price of the item through the same payment method as used for payment, as soon as possible after that the item is returned and received by us.
DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS
When we ship your order, we always do our best to make sure it is in perfect condition. However, if you would receive a damaged or defect item please contact our customer service at email@example.com with a description of the damage and and a picture of the damaged goods. If the product is damaged or defect you will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded the amount you have paid for the item.
We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the webshop in detail reflect the colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
At events that are based on so called liberating circumstances such as amended legislation, industrial disputes, fire or flood, we invoke force majeure.
