All our rugs in sizes 170x240, 200x300 and 300x400 cm will be delivered to your home during day time. Please note that delivery takes place only on weekdays and to your gate/port. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery. Please choose "home delivery" as the shipping options at checkout. The smaller rugs are delivered to the nearest DHL service point just as usual.

Washing guidelines:

• Vacuum regularly with care to keep clean.
• Clean spills immediately so that they do not become set in the rug.
• Remove spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry cloth.
• Spot clean with cold water and mild soap.
• Professional cleaning is recommended.

Care guidelines: 

• Do not pull the loose ends if any. Trim with scissors.
• Pile shredding is normal with natural fibers, this will reduce with time and usage.
• Avoid direct & continuous exoposure to sunlight.
• Rotate the rug regularly to avoid uneven wear and fading.
