Taupo rug is crafted from a blend of 70% wool, 20% hemp and 10% cotton, with a warp made of 100% cotton. The rug features a beautiful pattern of small squares that creates a lively and textured expression. Available in both runners and classic rectangular sizes, it is easy to place in living rooms, hallways or bedrooms. The off-white and beige colour scheme adds a timeless touch that suits many different interiors.

Our hemp rugs are made by hand by talented craftsmen in India where they have long traditions and skills in rug weaving. The fiber is extracted from the outer part of the stem of the fast-growing hemp plant. It is a material known to be both dirt-repellent and durable. Hemp fibre is highly sensitive to light and may change colour over time if placed in direct sunlight. Dark rugs dyed with yarn may fade, while lighter rugs can develop a yellowish tone.

All our rugs in sizes 170x240, 200x300 and 300x400 cm will be delivered to your home during day time. Please note that delivery takes place only on weekdays and to your gate/port. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery. Please choose "home delivery" as the shipping options at checkout. The smaller rugs are delivered to the nearest DHL service point just as usual.
